Rules & Regulations



 

  1. School Kabaddi League Federation competition will be played at district level / zonal level, state level and national level on league basis. The selected team from the competition will be participate in the next level competition.
  2. All participating players in the competition must be born after 01-01-2002.
  3. The participating players in the competition should be studied in any class from 6 to 12.
  4. The weight of the player should be less than 65 kg in the boy category and less than 60 kg in the girl category.
  5. The competition will be played under the rules of School Games Federation of India and Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India.
  6. The weight category and age group has been decided only for this competition.
  7. The minimum number of 16 teams in the boys category and the minimum number of 16 teams in the girls category must be reported at the playing venue of district / zone / whichever is fixed.
  8. If less than 16 teams of boys category and less than 16 teams in the girls category are reported at the playing venue of District/Zone level then two or more District / Zone can be merged.
  9. More than 16 teams can participate at the district / zone level.
  10. 500 rupees (five hundred rupees)  is fixed for registration fees and 100 rupees (one hundred rupees) for an I Card and Certificate and Competition Fee will be payable separately per player and is payable only once.
  11. All teams and players should spend for the travel by themselves.
  12. Rs.200 / – per day per player will be payable separately at the venue of the tournament for Food.
  13. For state level competition, it is mandatory to participate for 16-16 teams of boys and girls at each state playing venue. In case the number of team less than 16 at the state venue, then one or more state venues can be merged.
  14. In order to participate in the competition, it is mandatory for all the players to bring the original copy of the following required documents at the playing venue.
  15. a) Aadhar Card/ Passport
  16. b) Birth Certificate of City Panchayat/ Municipality
  17. c) Verified original copy of all the school documents          
  18. The boarding and lodging arrangement for the teams should be made by the  District Coordinator at the district level / zone level and by the State Coordinator at the state level and by the officials of the School Kabaddi League at the national level.
  19. An official / Observer of the concerned state education department should be appointed by the School Game Federation of India at different levels of playing venues.
  20. School Kabaddi League will provide the certificates, trophies and cash money at different levels of the competition in the following manner (cash prize money can be modified for non-compliance with the above written rules Nos 7,8 and 13.)
